Career Coaching

Clients can reasonably expect to gain career confidence, insight, encouragement and inspiration through a biblical and Gospel worldview. Coaching includes detailed instruction of the job search process and strategies and effective follow-up. The job search can create a fair amount of anxiety, fear and vulnerability in people, and we work with clients to unwrap those emotions so they can better understand how these factors may be keeping them from getting the job they want.

On-the-Job Coaching

We mentor, motivate, set goals and build confidence. We will help clients identify professional opportunities and provide advice and direction on how to best approach different projects, relationships and work plans. We will also help develop strategies for improving performance in particular areas and help the employee understand not just how to do something, but why they need to do it. We will help identify what the employee is doing well and point out areas that need improvement. We help the employee stay focused and on-track and help evaluate workplace situations and develop workplace strategies that lead to success and promotions. Coaching services are hourly and paid for by either the employee or their employer with the goal of meeting retention and performance needs.
